Edith is lovely. Didn't like it at first, but now love it. Edie makes a very cute nn.
I like it. It sounds nice and it isn't too popular at all.
I love Edith! I've liked it for a while now. I liked Judith and Meredith first, but I really just love the -ith/-eth ending. It's kind of ethereal, but it seems to be paired with beginnings that ground it. Nobody else seems to like it though -- it seems like an old lady name to anyone I tell I like it (including my husband).
I've been really loving it recently. I think it's really sweet. And I can see it fitting in really well with some of the other names that have been climbing. I wouldn't blink at a sibset of Charlotte and Edith, or seeing an Edith in a class alongside an Isabelle and a Sebastian.
I find it rather harsh and lispy, but it would be refreshing to see on a child these days.
I think it sounds sweet and has a "kind" tone to it. My dad was considering this name for me, but it was quickly rejected by my mom who said it was too "All in the Family"-esque...
Since my taste is changing slightly, I have a mild appreciation for Edith. I would have panned it six months ago, but now I think it could work on the right person. I can see it on a geeky, artsy kind of girl who works at a used bookstore and wears cat-rimmed glasses with a different color scarf every day.
I wonder if I can make some combos that would suit Edith...guess I'll work on that later. :)

It is one of the names I'm strongly considering for my little girl right now. I love the sound of it, and the nickname Edie is just adorable.
Edith Caroline or Edith Juliet are my favorite Edith combos :)

AHHH I would love to see you use Edith! Those are nice combos as well.
I was just thinking about this name, since I saw the baby Ethel. I like Edith, actually. The nn Edie is very sharp, and Edith has that woolly, stern warmth that I like so much. And I actually also like the spelling Edyth as well - which maybe be "trendy", but I think it adds a touch of pleasant drama.
Yup, I like! :)

I think it's very pretty. I'm a fan in general of names ending in -ith/-eth. I really like that sound. Also, Edie is darling.
I think it's adorable. Very sweet and friendly. And I love the nn Edie for when she's little. I might even consider using it, but DH doesn't like it at all.
It's a name with a long pedigree, and I like that aspect of it, but I find it very dowdy. Edie is a cute nn, though.
