There's no denying that it's unusual, but just because a name is a little out there doesn't mean we should write it off as a 'celebrity name', I don't think. I like the fact that this name seems to me both elegant and fiery, so I imagine a girl with lots of poise and passion. Also, it has a mythical quality to it that makes it even more appealing to me.

As for nicknames, Fina? Saffy? I don't know... I think I'd just prefer to see it as a full name - why do we need to bother giving every name a nickname?
