It's a family name, so...I like it. It's rare and would be a nice alternative to Lucy or even Lucinda...however for usage in the modern day one should call her Lucy for short.
Now, there was a song by some group back in 1969 with the name of Lucretia...can't remember it...not the best song, but it was cool that they used the name. Ah, yes! Lucretia McEvil, by Blood, Sweat, and Tears.

I actually have a Lucretia in my family tree. I was quite pleased to see it because it made a nice change from all the Sophias and Sarahs and Elizabeths and Marys, and it would probably look just as interesting in a bunch of Addisons and Avas and Graces. I wouldn't use it, though.

Lucrecia Crescent from Final Fantasy VIIShe was a scientist who agreed to let her unborn child be used as an experiment, then she regretted it so much that she basically killed herself (well not quite but long story). Yeah. That's what i think of: Lucrecia Crescent

I think of Lucretia Borgia. Apparently, she wasn't as evil and manipulative as her father and brothers, but I'm still not sure if it's a name I'd want to saddle my daughter with.
