I love Thomas. I don't think its too common, because lately I haven't even been hearing it much on young kids.
I like Thomas and Hazel, Thomas and Cecily, and Thomas and Matilda, although I think all of your girl names go nicely with Thomas.
For boys, I like Thomas and August, Thomas and Laurence, Thomas and Charlie.
My favorite combos of yours are Thomas Robert and Thomas Louie.
