I may not write every round. It depends on how much time I have.
Matthias and Wendy have known each other since kindergarten. They both went to the same small town school and were friendly to each other but not friends. When they were both juniors in high school Matthias asked Wendy out on a date and the rest, as they say, is history.
After 8 years of dating, Matthias proposed to Wendy at their favorite spot on the lake (his family owns the land around half of it). It was a lovely, humid summer night. The mosquitoes weren't bad at all. Crickets and frogs chirped everywhere in the background, and the occasional fish plopped in the lake. The moon was full and the stars were bright. There was even a loon sounding in the distance. Matthias knelt down on one knee and proposed marriage to her. Of course she said yes!
They both agreed on having a small, intimate wedding. Only parents, siblings, grandparents, and two friends each attended the wedding. It was outdoors by the lake where he first proposed to her. It was a lovely ceremony.
Their honeymoon was a gift from Wendy's parents. They gave them tickets to Scotland, Wendy's favorite place in the world.
Currently they live in an apartment in their hometown. They hope to save up enough money to build a house by his family's lake. His parents have agreed to sign over some of the land to them.
