[Opinions] Ave?
WDYT of Ave for a girl? It means bird in Spanish and is pronounced Ah-vey. Doesn't look like much of a name but I prefer it over Eve or Ava.

What about Avis?

To me it looks too much like the abbreviation for Avenue.

Ave MariaIt makes me think of Ave Maria and of course as a Latin student I say "Ah-weh" which sort of ruins it for me. But I love the context of "Ave Maria," much prettier than bird.

It's not much of a name. I like short, simple names, but Ave looks and sounds very small. I much prefer Eva/Ava.

First it makes me think of Ave Maria, then it makes me think of Avenue. It has a nice sound, but I don't think it's practical to use in an English speaking place.

I think it's pretty but I would prefer it in the mn spot. As a fn I prefer Eva.

Too associated with Ave Maria (Latin version of Hail Mary)

Yeah, that's the first thing I thought of too...I like it otherwise though.
