In twenty years, the structure of the Müllner family has changed quite a bit. Two years ago, Benjámin was killed in a car accident on his way to work. The family was devastated, but everyone is slowly recovering. Juli became a certified nurse and now works in a school to make ends meet. She relocated to a small house about two miles from where Katy and her family live.
Lexa went to art school and does wonderful drawings. She likes charcoal and oil paints best. She married a photographer, Thomas Waylon, and the two have three young children. Lexa wanted to give them very Hungarian middle names because she feels very strongly about her heritage. Hannah is eight. She is very free spirited and reminds Juli very much of her eldest daughter. Tory is a hilarious child and already knows how to tell good jokes and funny stories. Mikey is a quiet little boy and introverted like his father. He likes large cats.
Katy married young, at the age of nineteen. She is a stay-at-home mom, and her husband works in a shipyard designing navy ships. Katy's sons, Dylan and Ethan, are adorable little boys. Dylan has Down Syndrome, and caring for him is a full time job. Ethan is very attached to his twin brother and likes to tell fantastical stories.
Nora's husband, David, is a sergeant in the US Army. They are currently stationed in France where Nora works as a waitress. They have two very small daughters, Ella and Monie.
Stefan is twenty. He has a girlfriend, Becky, but the two of them aren't serious.
Sabina is going to medical school to become a pediatrician, and she doesn't really have time for a relationship at the moment.
