I don't like the name and I don't think it's very good idea to name a child after an SUV. Plus, the "hoe" part isn't attractive at all.

Chevrolet's aren't sold where I love, and people don't really use the word 'hoe' here either, I just like it because it seems a but rugged. I don't think I'd use it if I lived in the US. : )

Sorry, but I think it's awful. It has a terrible sound and is a type of car (and something else out west... a city or something?). I dunno. I'd pity a kid with that for a name.

It's an SUV. I'd be wary of any name with such a prominent "hoe" sound in it. I don't like it.
