I have a grown nephew named Casey. I like the name, but it doesn't sound like a grown up. I'm struck by that whenever my nephew is mentioned.
But if the name has meanign for you, then by all means go for it. Casey certainly isn't a bad name. And I'd much rather see it on a boy than a girl.
