I love the name Natasha, don't find it dated or too 80's sounding and certainly don't see it as a stripper/adult star type of name. I like it as a full name, not a nn for Natalia or Natalie. I see all three names as separate names in their own right. If you let people know that she's to be called Natasha all the time, then people will get used to it. Don't know any Natasha's, no. Natasha is my favourite, then Natalie, then Natalia.
