1. I don't like Fannie and I don't think it's usable in the US.
2. Any Frances cognate -- Francisca, Francesca, Francine. Also Flannery, Fantasia, or Fernanda. Finnoula might be pushing it, but it could work.
3. I don't know about siblings; it would depend on the full name.
