I like it. I know a Helga - she is blonde, but she's a super-hip techie type and carries the name off well.
Helga Miriam and Helga Ruby grab me most from your list - I'm not usually that fond of Ruby, but it really seems to go.More combos:

I really like Helga Lucy. My sister is called Helen, and I sometimes call her Helga as a nickname. Her middle name is Lucy. So I think it's a sweet combo.
