Ciaran Edwin - Only like the Kieran spelling, and I really hate Edwin. Kieran Edward would be nice.

Yes Olivia is currently number one and has been in the top ten for a few years now. I have no idea where they got Elfin and Elfie from, probably just thought it sounded cute!

No, Elfin and Elfie are not common, in fact I've never heard it before. I think of an elf too.
