[Opinions] Celebrity baby BAs
Dutch stylist Dyanne Beekman and boyfriend Frans ten Berge welcomed son Christian Franciscus Guido on August 10th.
Belgian model Joyce De Troch and partner Gert De Herde welcomed daughter Alexia on August 31st.
French actors Mélanie Doutey and Gilles Lellouche welcomed daughter Ava on September 5th.
Dutch tv host Sophie Hilbrand and Dutch actor Waldemar Torenstra welcomed daughter Robin Madelief on September 23rd.
Dutch tv host Wilfred Genee and wife Lili Pirayesh welcomed daughter Feline Isabeau on September 23rd. (I'm surprised by how often Feline crops up in Dutch BAs since most Dutch I know are fluent in English.)
Belgian athlete Marleen Renders and husband Peter Zeelmaekers welcomed daughter Zoë on September 18th. Older siblings are sister Iona and half sister Kimberley (Marleen’s daughter).
Dutch actress Liesbeth Kamerling and Frans Pahlplatz welcomed son Jack on September 16th. Older brother is Valentijn.

Where does it come from? Is it prn feh-LEE-neh? Surely it isn't based off the English word.

Well, since it's a common Dutch name I assume it's of Dutch (Germanic) origin. Maybe you could ask on the facts board?
There's also a user-submitted name:

Feline Isabeau!
I know that many Dutch speakers are fluent in English, but Feline is common enough a name that it doesn't seem a problem.
I've always wanted to meet a Feline in an English speaking country so that I could call her Kitty as a joke nickname.

I really doubt you would meet one.
Christian Franciscus is a bit monk title-ish, lol.
