Two years have passed. The betrothal of Crown Princess Sera to Crown Prince Edward of Ceylurana proceeded smoothly. The two have not officially met yet, but they will sometime soon. Sera, now thirteen, is growing up fast. She has taken an interest in art. Irene and Mari are also growing quickly. King Miles and Queen Teresa are starting to think about who to betrothe their twin daughters to. Lina, seven, doesn't want to grow up. She is a rather difficult child who throws temper tantrums and cries when she doesn't get her way. Maggie is toddling around the castle now. She is a handful for her nanny and seems to have boundless energy. In other news--the Crown Prince has finally arrived! Crown Prince Kelvin Owain Miles was born recently to a castleful of admirers. King Miles is elated to finally have a son, though he isn't sure that Kelvin will ever rule--there is such a wide age gap between him and Sera.
