King Felix and Queen Scarlet are overwhelmed with joy at the birth of their new son Prince Leopold. Leopold like Sebastian and Lucy has golden blonde hair that falls in ringlets just like their mother. Leopold sports glowing green eyes like his father and sisters Maxine and Audrey.
