Help[Opinions] Agree with you re: spelling (m)

This is the only acceptable spelling in my opinion. The others just make me sad.
One of my best friends is named Michaela, and I quite like it. She pronunces it Muh-Kay-Luh but sometimes it sounds a little like muh-Kal-uh, but thats probably just our (Australian) accents.
She gets called Kaylie and Kayla by her family, which is quite adorable, and she has quite a few friends who call her Mac.
