Cor-EE-nuh would be spelled Corina in German.

Corin and Corinna were knee-jerk names for 18th century rural young lovers, shepherds and shepherdesses mostly. So I've always thought of it with the short IN rather than the long EEN. But Corinne is co-REEN to me.

There was a miserable little earworm of a pop song once where the lead singer kept on whining about "Co-REEN, Co-REENA" until you wanted to drown the radio. Anything to avoid that!

Its the double n that makes me think this. Corina I would pronounce Cor-ee-nuh.

I love this name, and pronounce it cor-IN-uh, although I've only ever seen it in print and have never met anyone with the name.

Like Corinne with an a tacked onto the end. It's one of my favorite names, but only pronounced that way.

Its one of those names that if I was reading a book with a character named it, I would go back and forth with the pronunciation and it'd drive me crazy. I'd initially think Cor-EE-nuh but I like the way Cor-in-uh sounds better.
