And I like the name :) If it was an English speaking person I encountered with this name, I'd expect it was AY-luh. I prefer IE-lah myself.

I think's it's alright. Pretty, but lacks some kind of substance. Also, no matter how the parents decide they want it to be pronounced, 90% of the people the child comes across will call her AY-luh.
