[Opinions] Macey
I liked this for a boy. I swear the entry on btn used to say feminine AND masculine... now it just says feminine. What's up with that? When did that happen? Do you think Macey is ok for a boy still?

It used to say masculineAnd the page for Macy used to say it was once a nickname for Thomas. It probably changed in the last update. It may have been incorrect before, and is now fixed.I think it can work fine on a boy. If Casey can, why not?

I wouldn't think it's a boys name. Maybe a nn for Mason or Macon?

Not sure about the database, but one of my name books has Mace as a male name and lists Maceo and Macey as alternative forms. Oh, and I've also found Macy as male in this book. In this case it would be a transferred last name, as in actor William Macy.

I think it's okay, but I don't really know why Macey would ever be for a boy.And I didn't know BtN changes genders for name sometimes. :/They probably changed it because the popularity for it is only feminine...
