Margaret - Margot, Maggie

Ella - anything with -elle or -ella on the end, e.g. Nigella
Bella - anything with -belle or -bella on the end, e.g. Rosabella
Lily - Lilia, Liliana, Lilith, etc
Emmy - Emily
Cassie - Cassia, Cassandra
Allie - Alice
Anna/ Annie - Anais
Josie - Josephine
Lexi/ Lexie - wouldn't use them.
