What are your thoughts on nicknames? I know some people love them and some hate them. I like them, but then again I tend to love elaborate names where you almost need a nn. As long as they aren't too cutesy or obnoxious they're cool. They almost add another dimension to the name, IMO.

What nn would you use (or none at all) for:
Elisabeth/ Elizabeth- Lily or Lise. I don't like Ella or Liz, etc., even though they make the most sense with Elizabeth.
Catherine/ Katherine- Cat, Kit, Catha / Katha, or Rin
Alexandra- Andra, or maybe Alex
Annabelle- Anna or Anne
Margaret- Meg or Peg! I adore Margaret nn Meg.

Ella- Elanor / Eleanor
Bella- Sabella
Lily- I like Lily best on its own, but I could use Liliana or Lileas nn Lily.
Emmy- Emmeline
Allie- Alice or Alannah
Cassie- Cassandra. Or, Cassiopeia, if I was nearly that brave.
Anna / Annie- Alannah, Adriana, Marianna / Marianne, Annabelle. Even Rhiannon- it's kind of a stretch, but I really like it.
Josie- Josephine
Lexi/ Lexie- Alexandria
