Toady I met a young woman whose name was Rakarra. I'd never seen the name before but I thought it was interesting and unique!

What do you think?

ra-CAR-a or ra-CARE-a?
I like it. I think I like ra-CAR-a better. Sounds like of Middle Eastern to me.
