In Turkish , there is rare and old fashioned use of 'Mikail' mean is is the same as Michael. It is angel name in Islam as well. It might be similar spelling in Arabic. But it is seems to me rare use in.Probably, becouse traditionally it is not much use of Angels names are in Islamic societies. The same apply for Cebrail(Gabriel), Ýsrafil(Raphael)...and never used as a name 'death angel's name' is 'Azrail-Azrael' (But ý do not know it is form in western languages) .But, Mikail,Cebrail, Israfil used and still use in Turkish and in other Islamic societies.
