[Opinions] Ophélian?
What do you think of the name Ophélian / Ophelian. Do you think it would be usable for a boy in real life?

Ophélian yes, maybe, ophelian not so muchI find Ophelian too close to Ophelia to sound really nice on a boy. And I found it sort of looked like orphelin too, at the first sight. :/ Even when I disregard these associations, I don't really know what to think of it.Ophélian is much more appealing, and a little precious too. A dandy's name. Oh, and it makes me think of oliphant. But I don't know if you intend to pronounce it very differently.

I like it, but I'm not sure it's usable in real life. I think that the name might be too strongly tied to Ophelia the character - I feel the same about using it for a girl. Then again, I really like the sound. It might work better in Europe, but in the Midwest USA, I could see it being quite jarring.
