Hmmmm, this is one of the names I actually prefer in its masculine form: I love Ferdinand and I wouldn't hesitate to use it ;-)
Maybe that's why for me the feminine forms have quite an unfamiliar feel to them.
Of your list, I think I like Fernanda best. I must admit though, that I've been warming up to Ferdinande recently.
