As a name in and of itself, Randolph has dignity and is very refined. I can't think of any other nicknames besides Randy, though, unless you go with Dolph...but with Dolph, there is an undeniable Hitler connection. Maybe Rand? I don't know if that would fly.

I don't really like the name Randolph, and one of the reasons is the lack of nicknames. I think the only decent nickname is Randy, sorry -- unless you want him to be called Dolph... :/
