[Opinions] Millaray
Ok, this is my newest random name obsession. Millaray is a Native American name, but for me it summons up strong imagery of the roaring 20's and all its delicious vices and glitz. I think it's because it seems like a glorious mashup of Milly and Fay, two fabulous flapper starlet names.WDYTO Millaray? here's some combos, just 'cuz :)Millaray Edith
Millaray Claudette
Millaray Georgia
Millaray Wilhelmine
Millaray Lucy
Millaray Eudora
Millaray Melva
Millaray Demelza
Millaray Daisy
Millaray Ruby
Millaray Zelda
Millaray Martine

I thought it was a boys name when I first read it. Rings masculine to me... sorry....

I'm not sure about Millaray. It doesn't really bring to mind the vibe you're looking for. For me it's Neva, Ruby, Milly and Vera. Of your combos I like:
Millaray Edith - Edith is too grounded, but it's cute.
Millaray Claudette - I love Claudette, but the combo isn't doing much for me.
Millaray Lucy
Millaray Eudora - I love this one. (I love Eudora)
Millaray Daisy - This is adorable!
Millaray Ruby - Ditto. This gets that vibe.Btw: What do you think of Neva? I also came across Maida - it's another great '20s name, I think.

I don't see the 20's vibe for Neva, despite its stats. I think it's because it reminds me strongly of 90's actress Neve Campbell. I've only ever seen a Nev- name on her so it's a tough association to break! Also never come across Maida so it sure could be a 20's name but I am totally Maida ignorant. Milly, Vera and Ruby for sure have the flapper vibe. I've been thinking of Millaray Edith and I think you're right - I might tweak it to Millaray Edie to add some zip.

I actually know of a few older Nevas. Then again, I just love the name. I went to school with a Neva, she was named after her grandmother. It's just so cool to me.

I really like the beginning of Millaray, but not the end. But overall, I would say that it is very pretty.
