I think Emma Lilian is a very pretty combo and Emma is perfect on it's own. It's actualy just barely related to Emily through sound only so it's perfect on it's own.
I dislike Emmaleigh because it's so long and awkward. I like the name Emily and love it when spelled Emilie! But Emilie / Emily Lilian would be too much. Stick with Emma Lilian! :)
