[Opinions] A nickname for Violet?

I really like the name Violet at the moment, and was wondering about nicknames (although I don't think Violet really needs one its nice to think about different options!). I really don't like Vi and would want to avoid that at all costs. I quite like Letty though, and do you think Lottie is too much of a stretch to be considered as a nickname?

Both Lettie and Lottie could work, yes. Vi seems to be a much more natural and expected nickname for Violet though.

I adore Letty and, albeit to a lesser degree, Lettie.

Letty is cute. I think Lottie is too much of a stretch, because the Lot sound isn't in Violet. Then again, Pearl and Daisy are nicknames for Margaret, so what do I know?Honestly, though, I don't think Violet needs a nickname. It's short and simple enough.

Letty would work well as a nickname for Violet. Lottie could work, but Letty makes more sense.

Letty is good. Lottie is, just in my mind, too much of a stretch. Actually, most of the (few) Violets I know are indeed nick-named Vi.and I agree, I don't like it either.
