I have never met a male Sidney. I've met a few little girls named Sydney so maybe it's making a comeback?
I think it's an okay name but it does have a feminine feel to me... but that may be because I have only met little girls with the name.
I dont think it's really "out there", I think it's a name alot of people are familiar with.
