Yea.Viola and Leroy met at a theater in 1898, where they were both working as actors. Neither of them had married, they were waiting for the right person. And they found each other. Two years later, they were married, and in 1901, Franklin was born, named after Leroy's late uncle. 3 years later, Everett was born. At this time, Viola and Leroy were still working, and Franklin and Everett were mostly raised by their Aunt Rose, who had two sons, Michael and Alfred. In 1906, Gertrude was born, but Viola still was working as a somewhat famous actress. When Viola finally quit her job and returned home to care for her children, Virgil, Alice, and Lucy had been born. Leroy continued to work as a actor, earning just enough money to support the family, and soon recruited Franklin to work as a stagehand at the age of 14.
In 1914, Viola took in some orphans who were currently living in the back of the theater. They were triplets: Susie, Irving, and Jane. Franklin, since joining the theater as a stagehand, had moved up to an actor, and he soon began following Leroy's footsteps. In 1915, Mark and Marian were born, bringing the herd up to 11. Franklin also married Jacqueline Ellis, but Leroy and Viola frowned upon their marriage, mostly because she was the daughter of Leroy's rival. They both moved to a house not to far away from Franklin's parents house.
In the meantime, Everett got into taking piano lesson, which were free because of Viola's old friend, who is an esteemed piano player. On the downside, Virgil's best friend died of a fever, and Virgil wasn't coping well. He would often lash out at his younger sisters, especially Alice. His temper was short and he soon turned into a very violent boy. Gertrude's favorite thing to do was read, so she spends most of her time at the library reading. Alice and Lucy were very close and spent most of their time bothering their mom or playing with each other. Lyle was born in 1920. In 1921, Franklin and Jackie's first son was born, and he was named Oscar. Soon after, Everett got married to his piano teacher's daughter, Ruby. Everett moved to New York City and earned his money by playing the piano at local bars. In 1922, Virgil got a job at the local horse stable. Alice visited Virgil a lot, and then got into riding horses. Gertrude had been seeing Russel, a boy who hung around the library a lot. Then Franklin and Jackie had a daughter, Helen.
One day, when Virgil and Alice were off at the horse stables, there was a tragic 'accident'. Alice was riding Smoke, an old, gray horse, when Smoke got spooked and Alice was thrown off his back. She landed on her leg, and she broke it. Virgil was caring for the rest of the horses, so he didn't see the accident. A little while later, Virgil went out looking for Alice, and found her on the ground, dead and apparently trampled over by a horse.
Everyone was crushed by Alice's death and Everett named his daughter after her middle name, Charlotte.-Stopping here because I really need to post this. Next part coming in round 8. Oh, and just to clear things up, yes, Alice did get trampled over by Virgil. And yes, Virgil is insane.
