[Opinions] Suzanne
What do you think of Suzanne nn Susie? And wdyto Susan, Susannah and Suzette? Sue?
I think Susie could be the new Maddie in a few years. I can see all Su-names rising quickly in about 8-10 years or so. They have a lovely meaning and Susie is really cute. Or Sukie.
Opinions? Ready for a comeback or not?

I adore Susannah (Susanna) but find Suzanne to be somewhat dated although it's not bad. Susan really bores me -- very dated. Suzette is ok (my dh's cousin). Susie is adorable but Sue is just too "down home" for my tastes. Sukie is ok. My fave nn for Susanna is Suzu or Zuzu (not that I'd want to be called that outside my immediate family). ;-)
I love Suzanne, in fact it's the only of the Susan related names that I really like. It's my great grandmother's name and I'd consider using it. I like Sue and Suzie as nicknames, Suzette is really dated and too reminiscent of a song (and pancakes).
Susannah is not bad either but then I would rather use Shoshannah.

It's my mother's name, so I like it.
