Evan - EV-ən
Ewan - YOO-ən
Ivan - IE-vən (first syllable is the long I sound). I might say ee-VAHN if I knew the person was from Russia, but it sounds just like Yvonne so I have a hard time saying it that way.
Iwan - no idea

I speak American English with a Midwestern accent.
Evan - Eh-van
Ewan - You-uhn
Ivan - Eye-van
Iwan - I've never seen/heard this before. I cheated and looked at the BtN pronunciation, which makes sense. If I was reading it, I might assume it would be Eye-wan, although if there were other indicators to pronounce "w" with a "v" sound, I might not.
