Hunter is so violent, I've never been a fan. Where as Indigo nn Indy is awesome.

It's so much nicer, and Hunter only makes me think of hunting, which is obviously not good.
I also dislike the way Hunter sounds. Indigo seems to flow a little more.

I hate the name Hunter with a passion. Its just so violent sounding and such an unpleasant thing to name a child for. Indigo is kind of boho-cool. Its soft but edgy...I actually like it a whole lot for a boy.

Indigo. I like the sound and the feel, and it's a cool color :P and Hunter is a bit bleah / bland sounding. Indigo would be a cool and interesting person; Hunter would be an average, mean-ish sort of person.

Hunter. Neither is my style, but Indigo is too hippy for me. Hunter is at least a real name, originally a last name, but still a name.
