It was with great joy that Prince Stephen was welcomed into the kingdom! Philip was thrilled at the thought of having another son, and though he adores Julia, he has found he gets along better with Charlie. It was a relatively easy pregnancy for Elle, and little Julia almost never left her mother's side, always wanting to help in whatever way she could.
