I think she should use em all. Alice Olivia Eloise, Eloise Alice Olivia, or Olivia Eloise Alice.
I like Eloise the best myself, it's so chirpy and sweetly old fashioned, while still energetic. It's also the least popular of the lot, so she'll stand out in a sea of Olivias.
