[Opinions] How do YOU pronounce....
Megan?
I say it as meg-an but here in Australia most people say it as mee-gan.

MAY-gin.
It's my name, so. :P I's kind of hard to explain how I pronounce it since I don't really think about it. But I suppose that's the closest I can get.

I say MEG-an when it's spelt that way. My sister's name is Meigan and we pronounce that MEE-gan.
Mee-gan
But I am in Australia and that's the norm. I don't like the name at all.

meg-an
Meg-an. I'm from Wales, and it sounds really weird to me pronounced any other way.
Mee-gan...
but probably because I'm Australian.

MEE-gan
But I hate hate hate that pronunciation. But if I read the name here in Australia, that is what I'd assume it to be. I far prefer MEG-in. I think the best way to guarantee that prn here is the spelling Meghan

meggin most of the time, but when I get upset my (semi-southern[US])accent gets thicker and I say MAY-gen.
"MEG-un"
I've never heard it any other way.

In the US you typically hear Meg-in or May-gen. I say it the first way.
MEHG-un
I pronounce it Meh-gan. Usually, the Mee-gan pronounciation is spelled Meagen or Meegan.
"meggin"
that's the best way I can describe it.

MEG-an.
I've known/met about 20 Megans/Maegans, and they all pronounced it MEG-an.

same, or really MAY-gun
though in my head I say meggin, when out loud it comes out may-gun

I say MEH-gin. Here in the US it's a toss-up between MEH-gin and MAY-gin. I've never heard anyone say MEE-gin.
MEG-in
No one here would ever attempt to pronounce it any other way, and if it were they would be like... um, wut? I've never heard of anyone pronouncing it that way aside from actress Megan Follows. But I think she's Canadian.

I pronounce it MEG-an but I know a few people that pronounce it MAY-gan.
MEG-an
MAY-gen
meg-an, just like you, I think.
Many people here say mayg-an. Drives me crazy.

I've always said it 'meh-gan'. I haven't heard the other pronounciation before.
I say Mee-gan, from what I gather Meg-an is a mainly American pronunciation.
If it was spelt Meghan I might think it was Meg-an, but in Australia I always assume that it is Mee-gan.

Megan = MEG-ən to me

I'm Aussie and I pronounce it mee-gan, although if someone's name was intended to be MEG-an I'd pronounce it that way (same goes for Alana/ Alanna, Sarah/ Sahra/ Sarrah, Ll-ants/ Lahn-ce).
I say it like May-gan
We get both in South Africa. I always assume it's going to be Meg-an, and I think it's more common, but Mee-gan isn't unusual unfortunately! I really dislike that whiney me-e-e sound.
My friend's daughter is a Mee-gan, and when she got married the minister alternated between Meg-an and Mee-gan throughout the service until I wanted to get up and put him right publicly. But I didn't.

Same as you, meg-an.
I guess I say MEH-gin with a hard g.
Mee-gan definitely.
MEH-gan. I'm not a fan of the MEE-gan pronunciation.
