Well, I like Finola and Fionnuala, but I've never given any thought to Fenella... I think it could grow on me.I like Fenella Beatrice, Fenella Catherine, Fenella Clothilde, Fenella Mathilde, Fenella Maxine, and Fenella Sigrid.

Such a beautiful name. Glancing through your list, Fenella Rosemary is so ... grounded (but in a wonderful way)! I love it. Fenella is so lacey and then Rosemary tightens it back up a bit. Love it.

Wooo!I love Fenella, and I so very rarely see it mentioned around here. It makes me happy!I agree, it is rather whimsical. It's so smooth and magical, and like a glowing blue light. And it has a charming simplicity about it.I like these ones:
Fenella Catherine - ahhh so soothing
Fenella Dorothy - very cute
Fenella Hermione - this is quite upbeat and sort of changes the feel
Fenella Juliet - gorgeous sound, and I love the color combination
Fenella Margery - she must bake excellent cookies
Fenella May - d'awwwww!
Fenella Rosemary - just has a nice ring to it
Fenella Sigrid - interesting, it keeps with the fantasy feel but is also a little exoticI've never played with it as a first name before, but Elizabeth Fenella is one of my favorite combos. Can I keep a couple of those for myself?! :P
