do you pron. Madeline and Madeleine the same? I just thought i'd ask someone because I myself am confused!

If they're pron. the same, then i'm with you, Madeleine is a prettier spelling.

I say Madeline as mad-eh-line and Madeleine as mad-eh-lin.

I thought so too, I prefer Madeleine, the 'line' in Madeline puts me off it. Thanks for clarifying!
