Could it be a variant of Azania?

Azania name - meaning and origin
Name: Azania
Origin: Hebrew
Meaning: Azania name means: Variant of Azaniah: God is listening; God listens.
The girl's name Azania \a-za-
nia\ is of Hebrew origin, and its meaning is "heard by God". From the male name Azaniah, borne by a minor biblical character. The name is now used mainly with reference to the African nationalist name for South Africa, as a symbol of resistance during the apartheid era.

OTSorry, I don't know anything about your name but I wanted to say hi because I just visited South Africa (Capetown & Stellenbosch to be exact) last Christmas and I loved it so much! You live in a very beautiful country! What Province are you from? (If you don't mind me asking)

Could it originally be from Zinnia (a flower)? Or Zaina? Or Zana? Or Zenia?
I would honestly have no clue which it was a variant of though. I would probably assume Zinnia or Zenia. Also, there's the part where it looks like part of Tanzania. I can't find a meaning for the name Tanzania, however. Like they just made it up when they combined contries.

Yes, Tanzania is `made up' or portmanteau word from Tanganyika and Zanzibar, which joined in the mid-60's. The original two country names are in Swahili and Arabic respectively.
