Generally speaking, I don't like -een names. Mostly, I don't like spondees ... however, Katharine etc have become too hackneyed for use, and Kathleen is a fresher version ... So, I like it mildly but not enough to use.

I really like it! I've known a few of them. Very pretty name. I kind of was thinking recently that Keely could be a cute, contemporary nickname for Kathleen.

Katherine/Katharine "Kate" is much better.
It always stands the test of time, unlike Kathleen.

My friend is Meaghan Kathleen and I like names like Meaghan, Molly, or Margaret as first names with it.

I think it's quite pretty.
