I like it. I think it's not popular because it's so close to Diane, and Diane is 50's dated. Diane is my middle name, and my mother, who was young and bearing children from the late 40's through the early 60's loved loved loved the name Diane. That's how dated Diane is, and the addition of an A doesn't make Diana different enough to escape the dated image. That's my opinion.
