[Opinions] Sebastian and Ava?
What is it with Sebastion and Ava.
I'm sorry to say but Sebastian reminds me too much of the little, red, singing crab in Little Mermain and I hate the Bastion part becuase it sounds like B******d. (No offence but it really does remind me of it every time I hear it.)
And what's with Ava it's horrible and borring.
What does everyone else think?
Edited to take all the ? becuase it was annoying everyone.

Well, taste is subjective, isn't it?
There are lots of other associations with Sebastian than the crab in The Little Mermaid, like Saint Sebastian, Sebastian Bach, Sebastian in Shakespeare's Twelfth Night. I rather like Sebastian, though it seems quite a few people find it pretentious and prissy.
As for Ava, I agree it's boring because it's overused atm, but it's not a bad name per se.

I don't like Sebastian, but I do really like Ava...
And umm, I haven't really been here that long, but I DON'T think you're supposed to use a bunch of ???'s in a post. It's annoying and pretty much pointless. One ? does the trick. Just a heads-up(:

I loathe Sebastian, but I love Ava. I liked the name before it sky-rocketed in popularity, though, so I was a little dismayed to hear it be used on every female baby born from 2004 on (thanks, Reese Witherspoon, for starting the trend).
I don't know, I just think it's soft and alluring. And it reminds me of Ava Gardner, one of the most beautiful actresses ever. That's a plus.

There are more names to roll your eyes about other than Sebastian and Ava. To me, they're quite tame and I much prefer them over all the "tryndee" names out there. These names are quite sound and frankly quite beautiful no matter their popularity.

Wow, tell us how you really feel! :o)
What is it with everyone questioning other peoples likes.
What is it with you using 14 question marks in the title and then not using any on your questions in the post.
Sebastian and Ava are just neutral names for me. I don't get excited when I see them, I wouldn't use them, but if someone else likes them, why should I care? They're properly spelled (well... Sebastion isn't, but I rarely see it spelled like that) and there's nothing really wrong with them.

Can I adopt a question mark? I have some exclamation marks and full stops, but it would be my first question mark.
Sure.
I'll collect the rest of these with all those !'s I have.

I like them both- not my favourites, but ok - and I am going to adopt an abused ?.
And name it Sebastienne Ava.
