[Opinions] Georgia

I love Georgia, it sounds so sweet to me. Not dated at all. It actually seems to be quite in style.
I have known of two. One I went to high school with so she would be in her late 30's now. Beautiful Greek-American girl.
The other is a friend of the family's daughter who is three. Her sister is Rosemary.

Having never met a Georgia, it is neither dated nor too popular in my eyes. In fact, it's quite pretty and down-to-earth.
I love this name.
I know a few Georgias. One is in her twenties, the other are younger. It seems to be a bit of a yuppie name but not too bad.
I very, very much want to use it - I love the song Georgia on My Mind. It's pretty weird for me to want to use a name because of a song / poem - actually, Georgia is the only one.
I think Geo is a great nn as well.

I really like Georgia. I'd consider using it. I don't know any
I'm probably in a minority here, but I dislike it. That's probably because the two Georgias I know are quite unpleasant though.
It's quite popular where I live (currently #52) the two people I know are in their teens, although it's more common on younger children here.

It's neat. I don't think it's too dated or popular. I think it'll always be pretty original. I like it with nn's Geo and Gigi and Geordie.
Also I grew up in Alabama, about 45 minutes away from Georgia the state, so to me it always have an interesting forceful flavor by sharing a name with something so big as a state.
I've known one, she'd be about 22 now; she spelled it funny. Gosh I can't remember how she spelled it.

I love "j" sound. Georgia gives me two "j" sounds for the price of one. I love it.
Georgia is effortlessly elegant. It's a classic that will age beautifully. It's not dated at all. That's the great thing about classics.
I don't know any, except a woman I once met. She'd be in her 50's by now. Oh, MaryKay Letourneau named one of her children by Vili Falau (sp?) Georgia. (The other is Audrey. Whatever else can be said about the woman, I do like her taste in girls' names.)
Georgia Lucy is my favorite Georgia combo.

I really like Georgia. It's a pretty name and I don't see it as dated. Georgia spelt Jorja is a gp of mine. I wouldn't use it but that's only because it doesn't work well in my language.
I like it. It comes in waves for me because I used to like it, then went off it for awhile, and now am back to liking it. It's so white and fresh and bubbly. Quite pleasant. I wouldn't use it because I have plenty of names I like more, but if my DH was obsessed with it or something I'd have no problem using it.
I don't think it's dated or popular. It's only barely broken the top 300 twice 2 years ago, and it hasn't been in the top 100 since 1911.
I've only known one Georgia in real life. I went to school with her, so she's in her mid 20s. She didn't have any siblings I'm aware of.

Georgia's lovely. I don't think it's dated at all, and I definitely don't think it's very popular.
I don't know any Georgia's. I might use it, but it wouldn't be my first choice. I dislike the nicknames George/Georgie, so I'd try to go with Gia as a nickname.

I love it really classy and cute a bit worried what nns your would use, I would be hesitant to use George. I would use it though :)
I love Georgia.
No. I think it would be a 12 year old.
