Gorgeous. Girl names beginning with "i" are particularly attractive to me. And Ilaria is no exception.
I once knew a woman name Hilarear (or was it Halarear?), pronounced exactly like Hilaria. I asked her about the spelling and she agreed it was puzzling. But it was a family name so she couldn't change it. Anyway, it got me to really like Hilaria. And Ilaria is Hilaria's even more exotic cousin. Fun.
