(I can't do the accents on this computer and it's driving me nuts!)Maire (Mary) is very nice. I like it as well as the Scots Gaelic Mairi.Sean (John) has never really appealed to me much. Aoife (Eva, Eva) is a gorgeous name, one that I've considered putting on list of favourites.Seamus (James) is handsome, but I prefer the Scottish Hamish.Sile (Sheila) is very, very nice! I even like this spelling better than the traditional Sheila.Mairead (Margaret) is not veyr appealing to my own ears.Seoirse (George) is ok, but not something I'd use. I'd be more apt to use the similarly spelled Saoirse for a girl.____

I love the name Mairead. I knew a little girl with that name and it fit her so well.

I love these Irish names, they are so cool! Maire - this is a pretty from of Mary and I like to pronounce it Moya or Moira but May-er is also pretty.Sean is a pretty popular name these days but it's really nice and I adore this spelling.Aoife is so pretty I love the way it looks one way but is pronounced Eva! :)Seamus is a secret favorite of mine along with Hamish which is Scottish.Sile I don't like this as much as the others but it is pretty.
Mairead is so pretty!
Seoirse is cool but I almost prefer it on a girl! :)Some of my favorite Irish names are Ciaran & Aodhan (or Aidan) I also love Caitriona & Brigid! :)Image hosted by Photobucket.com

I don't have a problem with any of those names. I'm a fan of Irish/Gaelic names. I particularly like Seamus and Seoirse (although I'd never remember how to spell any of them)....Yup!
