Which one? Why? (I put this question in a poll and Anthony won.)

Anthony, although I always want to pronounce the th which is apparently wrong.
It's not wrong. It depends on the accent.

I know an Antony whose parents dropped the H because they were afraid someone might pronounce the -th- as in thistle. So perhaps that could be a consideration?
I think I prefer Antony because it's closer to the original; it also shortens comfortably to Anton, which I prefer to Tony as a nn.
