[Opinions] Saskia?
What do you think of the name Saskia? It would honor my heritage and I think it's very pretty. The only combo I have right now is Saskia Olevy. Olevy is a family name.I also like Saskia Jane. What do you think?

Saskia is lovely. I prefer Saskia Jane. It has a better flow.

makes me think of a girl in my band class in school... likable name and not overused... I'd say go for it... Too tired to play around w/ combos now... I'm heading for bed.

I love Saskia. I was delighted when my cousin called her daughter Saskia. She is Saskia Niamh. She has a family name as a third second middle name. I like Saskia Jane. Olevy is grand too though - what does it mean/what's it's origin?

I have no idea what the the origin or the meaning is of Olevy. I would love to find out some day.

It's a great name, I've always liked it. Saskia Jane is nice, but Saskia Olevy is much more interesting.

Saskia is delightful. Love, love it.Saskia Jane flows beautifully. I like the simplicity of Jane next to energetic Saskia. But I understand the appeal of a family name like Olevy too. Is that a family surname, or a personal name? Just curious.

It's a personal name. It is pronounced Oh-LEAVY. They called her Levy. She was my great-great grandmother and my great grandmother was called Little Levy.

I have always liked Saskia, I just like the way it sounds.

I really like Saskia. So much so that meeting an unpleasant Saskia didn't even ruin it for me! Now that's true love for you. I just love its sharply glittering harsh beauty - it embodies itself so perfectly, if that makes any sense. I like Saskia Olevy more than Saskia Jane. Jane can sometimes work with names that are very un-Janelike, but not this time. Jane sits there quiveringly under the glowering power of Saskia right next to her. Hooray for Saskia!
