I think it's 40-something secretary, like Irene. -a endings might do Kathleen good. Irina sounds modelesque compared to Irene, for instance. Maybe dropping the H, too?

yuck... no... Kathleena wouldn't sound quite right... Kathleen sounds solid as it is. Needs the h to flow right too.
Haven't known so many Kathleens... maybe 1 organ player in her 40s or 50s or so, but otherwise, 1 was a classmate in school in the 80s and 1's a younger girl that most address as Katie. (seems a waste to shoten a solid and pleasant name like Kathleen to Katie when it's no faster to say) Otherwise, it's a classic that need not be butchered or fiddled w/ to make it trendy.
Besides... The question was about what a person would pair it w/ for combos rather than how to disect and re-construct it.
